• Bookings are cancellable up to 48 hours before check-in date. No shows and cancellations after this time are subject to penalties of a minimum of one night's stay.

• Within 24 hours of check-in date, you will receive an email from StayVancouverHotels.com with a special code that can be redeemed for two free half day bike rentals OR applied toward an upgrade as a $78 + GST credit. The code is valid for 1 year from receipt.
• One ticket code is valid for two riders and must be used at the same time.
• Booking subsequent nights as separate reservations will be treated the same as a single reservation for multiple nights.
