No, please choose a promotion while making a hotel reservation.
Please reach out to us by emailing customer_service@stayvancouverhotels.com to change or cancel your booking. Changes to your booking date may require a change in rate. Any changes must also meet the requirements of the promotion being applied.
Bookings are generally cancellable without penalty up to 48 hours before the check-in date unless stated differently in the promotion details.
Twenty-four hours after the check-in date, you will receive an email from us with instructions on promotional perks. Reward cards generally provided to the guest at the hotel upon check in.
Codes or tickets will usually be sent 24 hours before your check-in date.
Stay dates align with the time frame an offer is available. Stay dates are subject to change.
Please reach out to us by emailing customer_service@stayvancouverhotels.com to change your promotion. Your booking must meet all of the criteria of the promotion you would like to switch to including stay date(s), length stay, etc.
